Mos Shuuta Hideaway
The hot sand stings their faces as they race into a safe spot to hide away from the infamous gangster Teemo the Hutt. They stumble into the Cantina close by. The cool damp air hits their chests. Thinking quick, Ushutwasho leaps over the bar and begins cleaning glasses. Ley'li begins chatting with the dancing twilek at the stage in the back. Quyn, in a competely normal manner, tries to mix in among the crowds by the front of the bar. Elenga skitters toward the staff closet and jams the lock. A small troop of Gommorean pigs pile into the cantina. Brando Sando wobbles under a table. Two people sitting at the table jump up thinking a rodent crossed their feet.
This draws the attention of the Gommoreans.
They were spotted.
Quyn tries to evade and dashes over to a booth on the side wall. The Gommoreans now see two of the people that they are looking for. One pig heads for Brando under the table. He swings his Cudgel and hits Brando with confidence. Brando squeals in pain holding his rodent leg.
Ley'li leaps from behind the stage, topples over a table, and shoots at one of the pig underlings. She riddles him with holes and he plops over with a dying snort.
Brando wince-fully throws a grenade and it goes off. Blinding flash of light shines forth and almost shreds them to pieces. Quyn walks calmly out of the booth and uses her shock gloves to shock the second one to death.
Ushutwasho leaps over the bar trying to take advantage of the smoky confusion. However, the smoke starts to clear faster than he thinks. He panics and jumps back behind the bar.
Elenga boloes the last Gommorean just in time for Brando Sando to finish him off with a clean shot to the head.
A slow clap pierces through the remainder of the smoke from the bartender. He offers a freighter ship at the port to use to escape. However, there is a part (Hyper Matter Reactor Drive) that needs to be attained before leaving the planet.
After healing up, the Blood Moon Bandits head outside the cantina adjusting their eyes to the bright light of the two suns. They walk over casually and non suspiciously to the junk yard. They are unconventionally welcomed by a surly old man.
The old man kicks his r5 droid yelling, " YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE HERE!" The r5 grumbles and wheels away. He motions lazily around his place of business. " Whatever you need, I most likely have it..." Years of experience are held in his voice.
After inquiring about the part needed, he said that he had one left but it was reserved for someone else. Ley'li lied and said they were part of that crew and came to pick it up. "Regardless, you still have to pay for it, it's over 600 credits.", he said. A sandy breeze blows outside. As fast as it came and went, the old man went back to his business tinkering with parts.
The Blood Moon Bandits start to tally up how many credits they have. Noticing that the droid looked disgruntled, Elenga chats with the droid. The droid offers to steal the part for them. The droid does the job beautifully. After getting some stim packs and a stolen part, they are about to continue on.
However, with how smooth the part acquisition went, Elenga suggests they add the r5 droid to their crew. After everyone agrees, they approach the droid with their invitation. The droid chirps gleefully in acceptance. Its name is CU-DL.
With a new part, a new crew member and a healed Brando Sando, they head towards the port. There they will hopefully get a new ship. What stands in their way? The deadliest enemy they have faced so far! See you next time!
